Optional insurance is available for 5€ per day, covering damage caused by falls or mechanical issues up to 500€.

No, rental bikes are not insured against theft, as insurance companies do not offer this option for commercial rental bikes.
Yes. According to Spanish law, wearing a helmet is mandatory when riding outside urban areas. Helmet is included in the rental price.
Whilst you can return your bike early, we are unable to refund unused days, regardless of weather or physical fitness.
All bike rentals start on the morning of the first rental day and must be returned before closing time on the last rental day.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to collect your bike the evening before your rental starts, as we cannot know exactly when the previous customer will return it. After each rental, every bike is thoroughly cleaned, inspected, serviced, and prepared to ensure it is in perfect condition for the next customer. BIkes are available on the 1st day of your hire period from 09.00.
